About ISAAC NDUNG'U:

With over Ten (10) years extensive experience, leading successful teams, implementing strategic planning in support of overarching perspective to company operational strategies and overall revenue growth, I am writing to apply for the position of senior product marketing manager. 

 

I am able to learn quickly, easily grasp complex concepts, and assume increased levels of responsibility, and complete assignments Independently or as part of a team with a high level of performance.

 

My background includes leading cross functional teams in sales and distribution, operations teams, and sales strategies to drive business and customer service success for highly successful and reputable multi-unit retail store locations. From achieving top sales performances and implementing innovative promotion efforts to leading staff development and establishing revenue-enhancing processes, I excel at propelling sales and revenue growth, managing top-producing teams, and achieving corporate goals and objectives.

 

Currently, I am working as a Zonal Business Manager – Airtel Kenya Limited where I handle roles such as Customer acquisitions, Identifying, listing, and developing channel partner accounts effectively, supervising the activities of the Distributors to enhance the profitability of these outlets, ensuring channel partners and other clients have adequate products as well as managing the Zonal sales team comprising 5 zonal sales managers and 65 sales executives.

 

I possess superior analytical and creative talents, and planning ability, and have a motivational leadership style that has resulted in double and triple revenues for corporations. My experience in securing new customers, analyzing the market and competitive trends, negotiating, and closing profitable deals, and nurturing beneficial relationships positions me to substantially impact your organization.

 

 I am a Strategic problem-solver who drives operational initiatives to realize bottom-line results and enhance employee engagement in the pursuit of organizational objectives. Additionally, I have the ability to handle complex assignments effectively and possess the confidence to work as part of a team or independently.

Experience

 Track - driven, dynamic and result oriented Senior Business Executive with over 15 years of experience excelling in zonal sales management in top ranking companies in the country such as Airtel Kenya, Highlands Mineral Water Ltd, Grange Park Ltd as well as the Delight Uganda Ltd. I have been at the forefront in designing and implementing sales strategies which have contributed to a significant increase in the customer base and distributorship.

My experience has leveraged my expertise in territory sales management, distributor management, trade development, business development, relationship management, stakeholder management, budget management and marketing. Major highlights of my experience includes; managing the Zonal sales team comprising of 5 zonal sales managers and 65 sales executives, evaluating of the sales Team, analyzing of zonal sales data, formulated and executed the company’s commercial plans as well as managing and executing the sales department budget.

My leadership abilities have enabled me to successfully align staff KPIs to the overall company strategic priorities. This has, in turn, led to improved sales execution, the profitability of the business and growth in revenues. My goal is to secure a position as a Regional Directorate to further leverage my expertise in expanding sales and contributing to the profitable growth of the organization.
