Job description:
•Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet our customers’ expectations
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time dispatch.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime and commit to plant safety procedures

Job description:
 Operation and maintenance of plant & equipment:
I. Maintaining bulller and cox triple roll mill, dispensing unit of ink maker –Malaysia.
II. D.G set up FG Wilson and Parkins 60 kva and 110 kva – UK.
 Correspondence with local and overseas supplier East Africa, Europe.
 Inventory control and maintaining minimum stock level.
 Keeping an eye on daily production and quality control to fulfill customer requirement.
 Dealing with Govt. dept. - National Environment Management (NEMA),

Achievements:
 Assessed the production planning weaknesses, planned and set up mechanisms, which resulted in production increase from 20 tons /month to 30 tons /month.
 Increased sales from 100 million to 150 million per month, in 2011.
 As per market survey, installed new production line in 2016 and managed the running of plant up to today.

distributor of VIRO, ORIV and CISA brand locks for the East African market.
