    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications:Well Spoken and fluent in English and SwahiliExperience in the service industry and dealing with clientsHas a firm grasp of general food and beverage knowledge i.e. hygiene, service protocol, etc.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Greeting customers and presenting menus, making suggestions based on their preferences.Taking and serving food/drinks orders, up-selling when appropriate.Arranging table settings, keeping tables clean and tidy at all times.Checking products for quality & cleanlinessAccurately confirm and deliver checks and collect payments.Cooperate and communicate efficiently with all staff and managementAdhering to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Diploma, Associate's degree
