Duties and responsibilities 
Cooked mainly African traditional dishes using different cooking techniques such as Baking,grilling,steaming,boiling etc.
Consulted with supervisory staff to plan menus, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs.
Managed kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
Collaborated with the head chef in inventory management and ordering supplies.
Maintained kitchen safety measures by ensuring that sanitation practices are carried out to the letter.
