    Role

    We are looking for an Administrative Intern to assist our Admin team in facility management, office management, inventory management and filling.

    The Admin Intern will ensure that the office space is well organized and that all needed supplies are readily available in the office.

    He/she will also be required to offer administrative support to other teams.
    This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided to the right candidate. The internship program is designed to provide the candidate with hands-on experience in office administration.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Welcome and ensure that guests are assisted
    Ensure that the office facilities are well maintained and operational: the area is clean, accessible, functional and office utilities are functional
    Ensure that our support staff are conducting their duties as expected and are supported in the necessary ways.
    Ensure that office inventory and supplies are available
    Support teams across the company with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents and keeping records
    Assist the finance team in making office and admin related payments and keeping track of such payments
    Maintain a proper filing and record keeping system
    Guide team members on admin policies and ensure that they are followed.

    Work closely with the Legal Assistant to ensure that the company is compliant and up to date with all licenses and statutory regulations.

    Any other administrative task assigned to you by your line manager


    Requirements:
    Business related degree
    Ability to complete administrative work accurately and efficiently.
    Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
    Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
