Am very passionate about communication-related matters. 

Having commenced my professional journey as an attachee at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation, I acquired essential communication and problem-solving skills by engaging with diverse audiences. Subsequently, as a content writer and developer at the East Africa Institute of Certified Studies, I honed my ability to deliver information effectively and fostered a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.

My progression to Assistant Marketing Officer allowed me to combine my creative abilities with a strategic approach to marketing, which further enriched my understanding of customer needs and preferences. My role at YOHPAL INTERNATIONAL, where I successfully handled dual responsibilities as both customer service and admin staff, enabled me to multitask efficiently, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining customer satisfaction.
