ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for young, hardworking, driven individuals for the positions of Credit Analyst/Admin Reliver.
Overall, the Credit Analyst/Admin Reliver role involves a combination of financial analysis, risk management, customer service, and administrative support to facilitate the credit evaluation process and ensure effective credit operations within the organization.
Credit Analysis:
Assessing the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses applying for credit, loans, or financing. This involves analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to make informed decisions regarding lending risk.
Risk Management:
Identifying and evaluating potential risks associated with extending credit, including assessing the likelihood of default and the potential impact on the organization's financial stability.
Documentation:
Ensuring that all necessary documentation related to credit applications, approvals, and agreements is accurately completed and maintained according to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Customer Service:
Providing support and assistance to customers throughout the credit application process, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance on credit-related matters.
Administrative Support:
Assisting with various administrative tasks related to credit operations, such as data entry, file maintenance, and report generation, to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with internal procedures.
Relief Duties:
Providing backup support for other administrative or credit-related functions as needed, including handling inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining records during staff absences or peak workload periods.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age 24 Years.
Diploma holders in any Business-related discipline are highly encouraged to apply.
Strong credit analytic skills, including the ability to assess credit worthiness.
Proficiency in spreadsheets, and other analytical related tools
Good interpersonal skills
Experience in Table Banking, Group Lending, or Agri-business will be an added advantage
Good customer care service
Ready to work anywhere in Kenya
Experience in the credit industry a plus
Experience in working with targets and strict deadlines.
Good planning, analytical and monitoring skills.
Excellent Negotiation and communication skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing credit and lending practices.
