My training in finance and customer service allows me to evaluate and articulate financial positions while keeping the team perspective in mind. I believe objective evaluation and articulation is the first step towards finding solutions to problems. I am passionate about people, understanding the differences that define us and leveraging them to drive the accomplishment of goals.
