    JOB SUMMARY

    Essential Knowledge & Personal AttributesBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.Requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the technology industry, specifically in software development or similar rolesExperience in a similar role would be advantageous.Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.Strong leadership and organizational abilities.Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesExperience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesExperience seeing projects through the full life cycleUsing strategic thinking and decision-making skills to determine the technical direction and system architecture of projects.Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, improving their skills and productivity.Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the projects handled.Experience with code reviews, documentation, and software testing to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the developed software.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.Keeping up to date with technology industry trends and developments and adapt to new technologies.Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.Perform code reviews and ensure high standards of quality.Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputsTrack project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Linux, Mobile applications, Agile and Lean methodologies, Android development, Relational databases (SQL), Software architecture, System architecture, HTML, Database query languages (SQL, others), Programming
