A highly dynamic and resourceful banking and marketing professional with extensive experience in the banking sector my specialty being Relationship Management. Over the years, some of the competencies I have acquired include; banking, operations management and client relationship management. Led by my strong problem solving and organizational skills I have established a unique ability to steadfastly manage duties and responsibilities pertinent to the financial growth of the company. Experience

• In charge of Bank’s relationship with a designated portfolio of corporate customers. • Maintaining a good loan book, ensuring accounts out of order are reduced and downgrading or provisions are reduced. • In charge of marketing and developing new business for mortgage products. • Assisting in growing Bank revenues while increasing approved facility utilization. • Ensuring quality service delivery to customers. • Ensuring preparation and maintenance of appropriate reports. • Assisting in reviewing corporate mortgage portfolio. • Conducting Interviews with customers. • Making business calls and call reports. • Conducting site inspection to monitor progress. • Following up facilities through the approval and release processes • Packaging new corporate mortgage facilities to customers. • Ensuring timely collection of appraisal fees. • Paying courtesy calls to existing and prospective customers to enhance relationships. • Making presentations to various groups on mortgages

• Masters in Business Administration, Marketing- University of Nairobi; December 2023

• Bachelor of Arts, Economics & Sociology – University of Nairobi; 2005 to 2008

• ACCA Part I & II - Cornerstone Training Institute; 2007 to 2009 

• International Computer driving License; 2005 to 2008
