In my role as a NOC Engineer/Customer Service Representative and Data Entry specialist at Airtel Kenya, I was responsible for proactive network monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting of outages. I managed and maintained Network Management Systems/Servers such as GPON, SOLARWINDS, CACTI, and BaseN. I was also involved in validating alarms, reporting network uptime and availability, and raising trouble tickets. I ensured accurate incident management by raising precise tickets for all faults within stipulated SLAs. Additionally, I provided customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, while maintaining accurate customer data in company databases.

During my time at ACCFIN East Africa, I served as a Customer Support Representative and Data Entry Specialist. My responsibilities included installing Sage ERP systems at client sites, customizing products and reports based on customer requirements, and staying up to date with the latest features and functionalities of Sage ERP and HR & Payroll. I conducted system demonstrations for potential clients and effectively managed client accounts. I also played a role in in-house software development and modification projects.
