In my previous position, I helped resolve a recurring complaint by analyzing reports & identifying a major process bottleneck, which led to a 70% reduction in the number of tickets for this issue. I also maintained a customer retention rate of 40% above the company average. I was also tasked with processing payments as well as refunds when need be. I can decipher what issues need to be escalated or not.
