As a call center agent, I worked in a fast-paced environment handling inbound and outbound customer calls. My job duties and responsibilities included answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. I demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving skills, working to understand customer needs and find effective solutions.

In addition, I consistently exceeded performance metrics, such as call handling time, first call resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. I also successfully navigated complex systems and processes, ensuring that accurate information was provided to customers.
