Am a multi-skilled Technical Support Engineer specialist who has a diploma in computer engineering and currently pursuing CCNA certification and has vast knowledge and over 10+ years experience in computer systems & maintenance, software installations, data security, backup and recovery &networking. Very capable with a proven ability to ensure the smooth running of ICT systems and to provide IT services that will improve the efficiency and performance of a company. Extensive practical knowledge of complex systems builds, hardware and software testing, network support, technical support and computer diagnosis & repairs.

highly organized and friendly professional, able to establish long-term, positive and fun relationships with clients, co-workers and outside resources while establishing strong relationships with colleagues and partners and relates well to people at all levels.
