The purpose of this job is to carry out economic evaluation of the mental health intervention to be implemented under the health workers well-being and resilience study at the Institute for Human Development.
ResponsibilitiesProtocol Development stage:
Develop economic evaluation tools.
Study design and pilot stage:
Refine the data collection tools based on the finalized intervention.
Advise the study team on areas costing data need to be collected.
Implementation stage:
Collecting of costing data
Close-out stage:
Analysis of costing data
Preparation of report
Requirements
PhD in Health Economics or master's degree in health economics with a minimum of 3 years related work experience.
Demonstratable experience carrying out economic evaluations for mental health interventions will be desirable.Good writing and communication skills.
A team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain professionalism and ethical standards in services delivery
