    JOB SUMMARY

    We are looking for a Head of Modern Trade for company in FMCG industry.Following are the requirements :10 years of experience in commercial roles, ideally within FMCG multinationals.A classical trained FMCG commercial leader who has successfully worked in a matrix andinternational environments.Proven track record in driving sales capabilities across key areas such as Category ManagementRevenue Growth Management, and Ideally, solid understanding of Modern Trade.Commercial experience in the Kenyan market is a must, with specific experience in the on-trade.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Roles & Responsibilities :1. Build a world class sales team to win the long term objectives of the organization2. Build strategies for the revenue growth management 3. Explore and frame the Go to market strategies 4. Leverage technology to win at the shelf and drive great execution.5.Oversee commercial execution of category strategic initiatives designed to further develop leadership position within target customer and consumer base.6. Win through Execution7. Frames issues in a way that creates clarity and incorporates best thinking8. Inspire the team by drawing on a variety of influencing styles to engage different audiences9. Proactively seeks feedback and development for growth and takes action.
