Experience

 A seasoned Sales and Customer Acquisition Leader with more than 15 years of experience with amassed skills in strategic sales leadership and operations oversight, sales planning, and market Excellence High level of channel and Partner relationship management, customer service, account management, relationship management, and business development, enabling me to execute any task assigned to me efficiently. Presently, I am working as the Head of Customer Acquisition and Expansion, where I handle roles such as overseeing sales channels regarding Agent's Networks, executing all trade and marketing activities, defining requirements and engaging in customer support and providing technical leadership across commercial departments as well as gathering market intelligence to provide insightful customer feedback.

Aside from this, I have successfully surpassed ambitious growth objectives and overseen operations of distributor points by exceeding the sales target. Some of my top achievements include; maintaining an average of 30 new active agents every month, introducing 7000 new customers every month, successfully launching the Mombasa Network in November 2021 as well as leading a team that led to the acquisition of 300,000 customers in 2021, which surpassed the budget by 240,000.

Additionally, I have excelled in leveraging outstanding account management and client relationship skills to drive enhanced sales and revenue development and utilizing finely honed communication and presentation skills to capture interest and facilitate sales expansion. Moreover, I possess excellent people and management skills and a proven pipeline planning and reporting track record. I can also work calmly under high-pressure situations, meet deadlines and churn out positive results.
