    Duties

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya.

    The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations management of the company, including managing logistics, booking accommodation, managing customer service, and ensuring the quality and execution of tours.

    The Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing the company's policies and procedures, and coaching and leading team members to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    Experience in operations management and hospitality
    Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    Ability to work independently and in a team
    Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Tourism, or related field
    Experience in the travel industry and knowledge of local customs and languages is a plus
