Job PurposeWe are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to help generate sales. You will close sales over the phone and maintain good customer relationships.
You will report to the Senior Team Leader Telesales.
Main Responsibilities
Tele-selling: You will call our existing customers to upgrade them to televisions and other products that we have to offer.
Conversion Objectives:
You will ensure the campaign achieves its conversions and sales goals.
Quality Objectives:
You will ensure the quality of calling follows set quality standards.
Productivity Objectives:
You will adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity.
Incumbent Requirements
Have a good academic qualification Certificate, diploma, and above
Have BPO Industry/Call center industry experience
Be passionate and good at sales
Have excellent skills in communication
Be convincing and experienced in persuasion
Conversant with basic working tools: Outlook and Microsoft Office
Be result-oriented and self-driven
Have good ethics and integrity
