JOB SUMMARY

Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualificationMust possess a minimum of K.C.S.E certificate or a diploma in sales and marketingA valid Commercial driving license and experience of not less than 4 years.Having worked in FMCG will be an added advantageGood communication and interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving van and selling products to customersIdentifying new selling opportunities in tradeDelivering purchase orders and informing existing customers of new productsDaily cash and stock reconciliation with finance and stores teamEnsure all brands/SKUS are loaded on truck before trucking outMaintain product freshness through proper handling and strict practice of FIFOAdvising customers on stocking levels as well as SKU mixCommunication of business information to clients e.g., price change, changes on brandsEnsuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of tools assigned i.e., phones, ETR machine and truck.Maintain an accurate customer database to expand the market coverageEnsuring good customer rapport while gathering market intelligence
