    JOB SUMMARY

    What You'll Need To Succeed5+ years of experience in the creative industry (agency or production) as a Content Creator, Producer, Project Manager, or Production ManagerReadiness to work with production teams on campaign ideations & creative strategiesA strategic foresight with the ability to weigh everything in for a smooth outcomeEagerness to learn, with a proactive and contact-seeking work approachDeep understanding of creative processes and digital & social mediaStrong analytical abilities and excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational, presentation, and pitching skillsAutonomy and accountability for your projectsFlexibility and availability to work on irregular schedulesEnthusiasm and passion for great creative

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Contribute to account strategy to proactively identify and meet customers' needs with creative workIdentify upgrade, expansion opportunities and churn risk, and take measures to ensure retentionManage 20+ concurrently ongoing high-paced creative projects—from strategy to concept to production— collaborating with numerous customers and creativesIdentify, discuss and clarify customers' objectives and needs. Turn them into creative recommendations and concise creative briefs, present output and discuss feedbackScope, budget, plan, coordinate and execute projectsMotivate the creative team to deliver a 10/10 customer experience on every single projectPartner with our customers to support them in finding the best way to leverage our creative teams' capabilities to achieve their business objectivesContinuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others
