JOB PURPOSE
To ensure cleanliness, hygiene for all equipment and environment in all food preparation, service, and storage areas.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all preparation/cooking/service area and equipment are well cleaned and sanitized before use.
Ensure proper food storage and cleanliness in all the food stores and fridges.
Prepare monthly breakages and damages report and submit to the supervisor/chef.
Informing the supervisor/ chef of any items/detergents used in your section that are running out of stock to be re-ordered.
Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal.Draft monthly duty Rota with colleagues and present it the Chef.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least Certificate in hospitality.
At least 1 year of experience in a busy hospitality organization.
KEY JOB

Must have strong work ethics.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
Flexible and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Disciplined and well groomed.
