    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic Administrative and Finance Intern to support our team. The intern will assist with administrative tasks and financial duties.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Aid in administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and document management to ensure efficient operations.
    Support the finance department by assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
    Assist in the preparation of financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
    Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial accuracy.
    Assist with invoice processing and reconciliation to maintain financial integrity.
    Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with industry standards.
    Conduct financial analysis and research under the guidance of the finance team.
    Work with team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
    Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support company goals.


    Qualifications:
    Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred.
    Prior internship or work experience in administration or finance is advantageous.
    Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
