We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Coordinator to join our HR outsourcing company. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in project coordination within a digital agency.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of client projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining efficient project workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, considering resource allocation and potential risks.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any changes.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in project coordination within a digital agency or related industry.
