JOB SUMMARY

Qualification, Experienced and Skills:· Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification preferred.· Minimum 5 years of experience inaccounting or financial analysis, including 2 years in a senior role.· Proficient in MS Excel, and various accountingsoftware, thorough understanding of financial statements, budgeting, andforecasting, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.· Thorough understanding of financialstatements, budgeting, and forecasting.· Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities, excellent communication skills, and detail-oriented with a highdegree of accuracy.· Demonstrated ability to workindependently and collaboratively within a team.· Fluency in English required; knowledgeof Hindi, Punjabi, and Gujarati preferred but not mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annualfinancial reports and assist in annual budgeting.· Prepare management accounts tocontracts and schedule services division specifications and analyze financialdata, offering insights to aid management decision-making and provide auditsupport.· Ensure adherence to accountingprinciples, company policies, and regulatory standards.· Conduct regular financialreconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.· Mentor and train junior staff membersas necessary.
