I am a focused and committed research scientist with over 10 years of having worked in various research and practicing capacities and different organizations both government and non-governmental organizations. I have great knowledge of various research and data analyses including MS Office, Natural and Human Resources Mapping, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), proposal development, project management, workshop facilitation /trainer, Baseline Surveys, and Needs Assessment. A great leader who is able to motivate and empower project management teams. I provide thorough guidance in all phases of development and am able to help various departments work together to ensure success. My strong people skills, as well as my meticulous nature, make me adept at bringing together all pieces of the puzzle in an orderly and streamlined fashion.

  • Mapping: Keen in identification of sector specific resources and mapping the availability, strength, focus area, location, effectiveness and efficiency of resources for achievement of set objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills along with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with great interpersonal skills.
  • Research skills: I have in-depth technical skills in conducting research right from defining the problem, designing relevant research tools, sampling, data analysis, and presenting the information in a friendly format easily digestible by various stakeholders’ needs.
  • Training Skills: Ability to keep abreast of technological change; learn from and reflect on the past; ensure effective training and development of students, and find the most expedient way to develop the new skills and knowledge required to undertake new projects
  • Analytical Skills: I have strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and generate simple field and laboratory reports and great knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Team player: I can work as a competent member of the team, willingly providing backup support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals.
  • Access to Justice: Detail-oriented in the provision, support and dissemination of knowledge and services on access to justice by all especially the use of ADR mechanisms. Strong in mediation and negotiation Skills.
