Household
Assessing households and planning for food and other fieldwork logistics essentials within areas of operation in Naivasha Sub-county.
Development of work plans with deliverables quarterly & annually.
Development of assessment /data collection, Food issuing list & evaluation exist tool.
Documenting inform of photos and short clips some of the voices of
            households supported
Sharing short report with Life Bloom staff as the field activities are going on.
Preparing a full report inclusive of pictures and sharing with P.O
Continuously identifying very needy cases and initiating conversations with
            Life Bloom team on the same.
Working with partners like Red Cross, Government departments on behalf of
            Life Bloom as guided by PO or CEO

Menstrual Hygiene
Developing topics to be discussed in school and for girls out of school on MHM
Working with the Sustainability officer to develop fundraising campaigns for
          the pads project.
Working with the Mother mentors to ensure that the girls have a safe place
          to receive sanitary towels and discuss upcoming issues of MHM.
Working with Red Cross in partnership to carryout MHM activities in Kambi
         Turkana
Developing local proposals and concepts for fundraising for the pads
Development of Assessment/data collection & sanitary issuing tools.
Timely reports on MHM training, Field visits and online campaign for donors.
Carrying out sales of the product when we have adequate supply of the  product
Working with the CEO to source for a good partner to produce for the organization the sanitary towels.
Maintaining sanitary stock inventory.

ARCHIEVEMENTS
1. Distributed food packages to 289 Households in Naivasha Low Income areas for 4 months in Covid -19 Rapid Response -Household Program
2.  Supported OSIEA Project food distribution to 207 prostituted women in Naivasha for 4 months.
3.Created an online campaign on Global Giving platform to solicit for sanitary towels funds & spearheaded Planning of organization first virtual fundraising event that raised KSH 294,000/=
4. Reinforced partnership with Naivasha Kenya Red Cross in the course of sanitary towel distribution to 100 women for 8 months & girls also purchase of a 5000liters water tank  for a marginalized community in Suswa.
5. Managing Organizations’ social handles and creation of organization YouTube and Linked in platforms.
