My skillset includes the following: social media management, knowledge of SEO implementation, website management and experience in executing digital marketing campaigns for brands. In my career life, I have worked as a social media manager and a sales consultant ,in addition to my experience and personal qualities, my core strengths include but are not limited to; good customer relations, acquiring and retaining customers, professional and effective customer handling, logistics management, handling financial processes and transactions by overseeing the preparation, processing and preparing payments through the systems provided. Also, I can drive performance of a team and exceed productivity goals at the same time while ensuring service excellence.

Experience

I worked as a Sales Consultant and promoted to a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager in Impact Water Ltd within a period of 2yrs ie 2018 & 2019

After COVID, I joined the digital work space where I did Customer Service under the Sales department in 2 different companies

I also have experience in top management roles in where I was general manager

Education

I finished high school in 2011 and started my undergrad course in 2014 doing International Business Administration. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to complete that due to constraints in raising funds.
