Duties:

  • Provide technical and transaction advisory services for renewable energy, water resources, and green-field construction projects.
  • Lead and manage technical experts, administrative and budget/finance staff in planning and execution of technical cooperation and assistance projects.
  • Primary focal point on policy-related issues, information management, and outreach between government and stakeholders.
  • Ensure discipline and adherence to company and government policies including respect for gender and diversity.
  • Ensure coordination and collaboration between stakeholders and initiation of appropriate monitoring and reporting mechanisms for accountability.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely reports and follow through on responses and implementation.
  • Participate in conferences, consultative meetings, and work groups, and provide leadership where appropriate.

  • Ensure professionalism, efficiency, competence, integrity, accountability, discipline, motivation, and strict adherence to the rule of law, SOPS, respect for gender and diversity, and all other laws applicable during combat and humanitarian operations.
  • Ensure operational availability and accountability of military personnel, equipment, and logistics.
  • Coordinate safety and security as a military contribution for non-military actors during stabilization and reconstruction in insecure environments.
  • Ensure co-existence, consultation, de-confliction, coordination, and cooperation during civil-military humanitarian coordination activities.
