George Karanja

A dynamic, diversified and resourceful team player with over 15 years of quality work experience acquired in the Finance, Treasury and Enterprise Risk Management field. Having worked in a Commercial Bank and currently in a Pan African financial institution in both Treasury and Enterprise Risk Management areas. A self-motivated and results-oriented team player who strives for excellence in all tasks undertaken, leading to timely achievement of set objectives.

I am currently working in Shelter Afrique as the Ag. Treasury Manager. Prior to my current position I was the Treasury Officer for 11 years and ALM and Compliance Risk Officer for 2 years. I have an experience of 16 years in Treasury management in financial institutions. 3 years in a commercial bank in Kenya called Family Bank and over 13 years in Shelter Afrique.
