About Rosemary Nyambura:

I am a Customer Experience & Contact Center professional with over 5 years’ experience and proven success in all aspects of a Call Center and I have broad experience in people and operations management.

I have been a key participant in establishment of customer support operations from scratch to full operation; leading, process improvements, project support and management, coaching and training teams of more than 20 people and overall responsibility for providing leadership, strategic direction and management to the entire function.
