    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    New Kenya Planters Cooperative Union (NKPCU) Is a State Corporation under the State Department for Co-operatives, which falls under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Co-operatives.

    JOB SUMMARY

    RequirementsA minimum period of eight (8) years relevant work experience, at least three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory role;Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;ORBachelors degree in Social Sciences Plus Diploma in any of the following discipline: Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Labour Relations or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Masters degree in any of the following disciplines: - Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Planning, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;Certificate in Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;Registered member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM);Proficiency in computer applications;Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results; andFulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
