    JOB SUMMARY

    General Manager of a SACCO Society.Your essential mission involves being the principal advisor to the Board of Directoron all matters relating to compliance with the regulations of SACCO management,team leader in all operations of the SACCO including lending, credit appraisalfor all loan applications, custody of securities, completeness of datarecorded, debt collection, financial reporting to management, customerrelations, human resource management and any other role that may be given bythe Board of Directors in pursuit of adding value to the affairs of the SACCO.Your high degree of technical competence, professionalism, eloquence, elegance,finesse will be the perfect combination to enable our members reap maximumbenefit from our services.You will also be expected to participate in the firm's marketing activitiesincluding, among others, member recruitment, attending meetings to discuss marketing,and doing all within your power to ensure retention of existing members.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines in the management of SACCOsDevelop good relationships with members and business partners in all matters involving dealing with those partnersTeam leader in all matters of managing the SACCO involving human resource managementBusiness development roles of promoting and creating wealth for the SACCOLeading all staff by example and supporting them in carrying out their responsibilitiesReport to the Board of Directors all matters involving management of the SACCO
