    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements for appointmentBachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related Social Science and a Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource/Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) Course from a recognized Institution in Kenya will be an added advantageThree (3) Years work experience in Human Resource Management & Development fieldMembership of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) Kenya will be an added advantageCertificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Management, discipline, pensions, establishment and complement controlVerify agenda and minutes for the departmental Human Resource Management Advisory committeeImplement human resource management and development decisions within existing rules, regulations and proceduresPrepare and compile reports on the implementation of Performance Management Systems including Performance Appraisal Systems, Rewards and Sanctions Framework and Human Resource Information SystemsConduct training needs assessmentPrepare training plansOrganize training programsUpdate and maintain human resource management and development records

    Reporting, Office administration, management, Office reception

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree
