Summary
Reporting to the Head - ICT, the ideal candidate will work with ICT colleagues and users to understand and develop solutions for advanced and complex business requirements by identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures and work practices, and formulating, developing and documenting solutions in accordance with modern best practices.
Develop and implement technology systems to optimize business processes and increase organizational performance.
Analyze business processes and clearly document them.
Identify errors or flaws in business/system methods and suggests action plans for improvement.
Develop functional system specifications for use by system developers.
Create distinct system specifications for the design and development of system software through utilization of data and process modeling techniques.
Identify design configuration specifications and business technological requirements improvement areas and works to address gaps.Develop and implement best practices and processes to achieve improved system functionality for optimized organizational efficiency.
Collaborate with users and customers to determine best practices and guidelines for AGRA.
Lead in systems management and acts as central reference point for systems issues resolutions and functional enhancements in Oracle and related/integrated systems.
Engage with users/customers to resolve issues and obtain feedback to determine completeness of solution in accordance with best practices and guidelines for systems functionality.
Acquire relevant skills to enable effective support to team members on Oracle Fusion solutions.Advocate for and advance ways to improve systems processes and maximize returns on investments to upper management.
Acquire new and innovative ways to improve and deliver value to business clientele.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of ICT in relevant business domains.
Devise and implement cost effective solutions and strategies that meet AGRA's business requirements.
Translate the requirements obtained from business surveys and IT resources to create relevant and effective systems and software solutions that meet the requirements of the organization.
Organize and maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and/or reference purposes.Plan and run systems tests to monitor performance, ensure optimum quality and integrity of AGRA systems.
Organize formal sessions and seminars and prepare training documentation for users.
Qualifications
Education Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business information technology, information technology, computer science, or software engineering.
Professional qualification/certification and or experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP implementation and support.
At least 5 years' experience of current, continuous, professional level experience implementing and maintaining Oracle Cloud Fusion enterprise-wide applications, databases, and servers.
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion configuration and development methods and disciplines.Full end to end understanding of Oracle Fusion implementations, development, quality, and production environments covering Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM, HCM, OIC, PaaS, SaaS and Reporting.
Understanding of relational databases, data storage, and SQL concepts. Understanding of data structures and data objects.Development Experience in Oracle Fusion modules.
Working experience or knowledge in SOAP & REST API development is a plus.
Good understanding and functional experience in integrations between Oracle and non-Oracle modules will be added advantage.
Experience in Oracle JET and Oracle APEX database development; Oracle BI development expertise.
Experience of working in a large and complex organization.
Knowledge in other Oracle Cloud Modules, non-Oracle applications and different technologies will be an added advantage.
Oracle University Certifications a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in English or French, preferably with a working knowledge of the other.
Knowledge of standard software:

Required Skills and Abilities
ICT Systems development life cycle management for efficient business Processes automation
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems maintenance and support – Oracle Cloud (SCM, Relationships Management, budget planning management, Fusion, and Human Capital Management).
Perform functional requirement analysis, Functional Configurations on Oracle Fusion (Finance, Procurement & HCM) Modules, Data Services, Webservices, REST & SOAP development and maintenance in Oracle SaaS ERP environment and related interfaces primarily in the areas of financial accounting, vendor payments, Asset accounting modules, etc., along with integrations with other Fusion modules, human resources, procurement, payroll, and travel.
Produce technical specifications and documentation that includes impact analysis, test cases, object dependencies, performance testing and risk analysis. Creates solutions for business and technical problems identified, in accordance with industry standards and AGRA's resources, rules and regulations.Perform system maintenance and production support to Oracle Cloud Fusion application systems such as Core HR, Contracting, Sourcing, Intercompany, Foreign Currency Revaluations (FCV), Accounts Payable (Vendor payments), Asset accounting, Release paths for financial document postings, Payment Proposals, Bank Communication Manager etc.
and related interfaces such as integrations for Travel transactions etc.Keep abreast of developments within the area of technology advancements in the Oracle Fusion technology areas especially Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM, Finance, HCM, and EPM/PBCS under the guidance of the supervisor.
Creates prototypes and proof of concepts as identified to enable decision making.In coordination with application development teams, align, and contribute to design, development, and documentation standards.
Act as a back-up resource person for other ICT functional areas in the team as and when required.
Provide support for application development in business areas outside of finance and treasury as required based on priorities.
Knowledge of development languages in Oracle cloud ERP environments
Knowledge of Web Technologies that include PHP, Java, CSS, HTML and JavaScript, as well as proven knowledge of common web hosting technologies.
Display excellent communication skills.Ability to provide client Support.
ICT Technical Training skills.
