FRANCIS KINYANJUI

A result-oriented project management professional experienced in providing administrative support to complete projects. I am knowledgeable in: managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders, developing and maintaining project deliverables, monitoring the progress of projects, disseminating project information to project stakeholders, and knowledge management. Professional monitoring and evaluation officer dedicated to tracking and reporting, management and developing performance metrics. Forward-thinking and strategic with a comprehensive view of the production process, including how to accurately measure progress beyond simply reporting numbers. More so, I can be involved in research, capacity building, community mobilization, as well as planning and implementing community-based projects. Throughout my career, I have contributed to the development of concept notes, strategic documents, and capacity-building content in addition to providing technical backstopping through periodic monitoring and report analysis. Using data visualization tools and trackers, I have given strategic guidance and linkages to the teams to implement projects effectively and efficiently. I have negotiated non-financial incentives to motivate staff and I am a team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people and am always available to support on short notice.
