    What you will be doing:
    Create high quality and original food to satisfy the customer.

    Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new recipes and preparation techniques.

    Monitor and control food costs while ensuring high-quality ingredients are used
    Manage and train kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep cooks.

    Qualifications

    Your experience and skills include:
    Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
    With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a hotel
