I have been working as a Chef De Partie for the past two years, and during that time I have developed a strong understanding of the culinary arts. And also having skills on meats, different cuts and preparation of meat marination. I am an expert in preparing a wide variety of dishes, continental dishes, Indian cuisine.  I have a keen eye for detail when it comes to food presentation, I am also knowledgeable in food safety and hygiene practices, and I am always up-to-date on the latest culinary trends.

In addition to my culinary skills, I have also developed strong people skills. I am able to work effectively with other members of the kitchen staff, as well as with customers. I am patient and understanding, and I always work to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
