    Position: Talent Manager

    We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Talent Manager. The position holder will report to the Group Head of Human Resources and will be based at Head Office in Nairobi.

    Role Purpose

    The role holder will be responsible for implementing the Strategic Human Resource Strategies in Talent Management, Human Resources Development, Performance Management, Organization Design, Human Resource Policy Development and application while partnering with Heads of Department on all Human Resource Services areas to achieve business objectives. This role holder will also be responsible for managing and effectively overseeing talent practices at Jubilee Insurance to ensure highly skilled and performing employees at all levels.

    Main Responsibilities

    • End to end Organization Design planning and implementation for the realization of an effective companywide organization model, evidently supported by clear organization structures, job responsibilities and competencies that align to the business strategy of the organization
    • Effectiveness of manpower planning and robust hiring systems (policies, processes, and tools) in attracting and selecting people with competitive attributes and skills.
    • Embed a performance (result–oriented) culture throughout the Company, evidently driven by suitable performance management, recognition & reward systems (policies, processes, and tools) and leadership development programs.
    • Minimization of knowledge and skills gaps evidently supported by robust Talent Development and retention strategies and systems that are effective in mitigating impact of high staff turnover driven by an increasingly competitive Talent environment.
    • Quality of leadership experienced within the Talent Management unit which translates into a conducive work environment and employee satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field.
    • Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management
    • CHRP Qualification will also be an added advantage.

    Relevant Experience

    Minimum of five years relevant experience in a Senior Human Resources Management role.
