am a highly talented and experienced in procurement and Contracts Management with over 12 years of experience across the board, including my latest job at UNISFA Abyei Sudan, I have worked under managerial and senior departments with extensive background in Administration, HR, procurement, Contract, and supply chain management. I am much knowledgeable in the Humanitarian sector, Granted the chance, I would join your organization soonest possible to further my skills and experience and be a rich resource to UNOPS.
I hold a Masters in Procurement and Contract Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management Major in HR Operations, Supplies and Chain. I have assisted the Senior management to acquiring the best employees, training staff on company employees related charter, best non mistake payroll and updated staff information amongst other achievements.
Am currently working on voluntary basis in Kenya African churches community with an aim of training women, girl child on empowerment both education and social life. I have worked with IMDAD Total Service Station for the last two years as An Assistant HR Operations and Procurement and Contract Manager, in purchasing, supplies, Contract Management, inventory management and administration where I have gathered key skills and competencies in managing HR Operations, supply chains and leading effective and highly performing teams. I have good working knowledge of HR software (Application Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Payroll software and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, process maker and MS PowerPoint.
My practical experience and long track record makes me confident that I can become a top performer in your organization. I have a complete understanding of the procurement laws and contextual understanding in both public and private sectors. My greatest strengths are my ability to prioritize, to work well as part of a team and to learn new ways of doing things and have a strong desire to provide professional well-mannered service. Experience
Advise the Company Director on the proper guidelines put in place in all procurement process, sourcing, tendering, following the verification of invoices and claims, request confirmation from the employing executing and implementing tasks involved with their contractors, suppliers, and consultants confirming that the works and services have been accepted and delivered under the relevant contracts, from the information given to the consultant.
Assist In reviewing company fleetmanagement reports, fuel usage, fleet repairs, sale of company pool.
Assist the management on confirmation of approved budgets, budget control and monitoring its usages to minimize the usage of the same.
Help in evaluating and selecting of the chosen suppliers using the companies tendering procurement rules that checks on quality, price, delivery and sustainability.
Help the Director and concern department in Asset management.
Negotiate various contracts with vendors on quality, price and delivery on behave of the organization.
Helping to analyze and completing financial reports, annual procurement plans, quotations and pricing proposals.
Assist in periodic review of costs from available budgets and help to take necessary measures for use as per allocation.
Train the entire management team in provision of contract management knowledge to be transferred to the team as necessary, for the team in order to understand the main aspects of contract management and claims management and its benefits in the organization.
Supervise all the organizations transport management. Do any other task assigned by company director.
