    Description

    The Beginning Roam was founded in 2017 just as electric mobility was taking off, when electric cars were just arriving on our streets.

    Roam vision is to make electric transport more accessible to a broader market by making the technology more cost efficient and simplifying deployment.


    About the role:


    As a Systems Analyst at Roam, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our current processes and software systems, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending innovative solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.


    Key Duties and responsibilities:

    Analyze and Document:
    Translate business requirements into detailed architectures and designs.
    Document all technical requirements and design technical solutions utilizing enterprise architecture standards including documenting all solution components and configurations

    Recommend Solutions:
    Propose software solutions or optimizations that address identified challenges.

    Liaise with Stakeholders:
    Engage with department leads, users, and the software development team to gather requirements and understand user needs.

    Prototype and Model:
    Create models, diagrams, and prototypes to demonstrate and visualize proposed solutions.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with the software development team to ensure that system improvements are implemented effectively.

    Ongoing Analysis:
    Regularly review implemented changes, ensuring they meet user needs and provide the expected benefits.

    Stay Updated:
    Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in systems analysis.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    4 years of experience in systems analysis or a related role.
    Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
    Familiarity with [specific tools, languages, or methodologies, e.g., "UML, SQL, Agile methodologies"]
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
