Gilani's Distributors is a dominance in the distribution sector and is well known and respected. This is evidenced by the increased presence of our trucks ferrying goods on roads throughout the Rift Valley, Central, Nairobi, Nyanza, Mombasa Coastal region and the Western corridor of Kenya.
JOB SUMMARY
The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for driving Milk sales within their assigned route plans. He/she reports to the Regional Sales Manager and plays a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base within the assigned route plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new customers while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing ones.
• Conduct regular visits to clients, retailers, and distributors to promote products and gather market insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotional activities and initiatives.
• Provide product training and support to retailers and distributors within the territory.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting relevant information to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on territory performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper merchandising and stock availability at retail outlets.
• Work closely with the sales support team to process orders and handle logistics and delivery.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Diploma, Associate's degree
