    DT Global
    Default job background
    Full time
    Description

DT Global, built on more than 50 years of experience from AECOM International Development, Development Transformations, and the Global Peace and Development (GPD) Charitable Trust, applies ingenuity, evidence, and passion to everything we do.

Grounded in decades of technical expertise and leadership around the world, we incorporate rigorous learning and assessment in our program design process to ensure that we stay on the cutting edge of thought leadership.

Our technical experts work in partnership with communities and institutions to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that create sustainable change and improve people's lives.

    About the Opportunity:
DT Global is seeking expressions of interest from companies with a proven track record who can support the Jiinue Growth Program to respond the following objectives:

Propose a fitting statistically sound methodology and approach for regularly tracking, analyzing, and reporting against JGP outcome and impact indicators.

These may include either post-test data collection, i.e. at endline, at regular intervals, e.g. annual or semi-annual, for a sample of firms that received project support in that given period), or pre/post-test, with data collected both at baseline and end line for a sample of firms that received support in each period.

Provide overall management and implementation of surveys and other qualitative research tools according to the project Theory of Change and results frameworks and the methodology proposed.

Regularly perform data analysis on project performance metrics at the outcome level within the framework of the JGP investments, enabling JGP to assess the efficacy of project interventions.

The partner will analyze data collected (descriptive analysis of data and findings, inferences, and attribution analysis), triangulation from different sources, and provide timely reports in a format/structure agreed with JGP.

Generate survey reports with detailed analysis of the results while tying up the survey results to the broader JGP interventions.

Work with the overall team to inform design and reporting needs and for effective stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and smooth implementation of the data collection work as planned so that all products are produced to a high quality, meeting the needs of partners and client and with the provision of evidence–based findings.

This includes frequently collaborating with project partners to gather their input into the data collection process and review/feedback of the final data product.

The interaction may be as low as partner engagement and as high as making presentations to JGP management.
Document the lessons learned from the insights during project surveys. The lesson-learned products are helpful in describing the experiences and interactions of the participants with the project interventions. The document generated will be determined by the JGP project team in consultation with the outcome-monitoring partner.
