    Position Overview:


    As an Events Coordinator at Ticketsasa, you'll lead the management, development, and execution of a diverse portfolio of events to the highest standards.

    With a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a flair for innovation and creativity, you'll ensure that each event exceeds expectations.

    From guiding event merchants through their journey with us, from inception to fruition, to meticulously analyzing outcomes post-event, your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring smooth running of events.

    Clients may alter their preferences unexpectedly and unforeseen challenges are bound to occur onsite during the events.
    A self-starter with ability to lead a team, you excel in motivating others towards excellence.

    In this role, you'll assemble and lead a team of verification agents, leveraging individual strengths to assign clear roles and responsibilities.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Revenue Generation

    Actively scout and onboard new high-quality event merchants while meticulously managing existing merchant listings on Ticketsasa, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection for our clientele.

    Create comprehensive and compelling event proposals tailored to the specific needs and preferences of prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition effectively.

    Conduct thorough research to identify target markets, industry trends, and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.

    Analyze event metrics and performance data to assess event effectiveness and ROI, leveraging insights to inform future event strategies and enhancements.

    Customer Relationships and Account Management

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all their event needs.

    Proactively engage with customers to anticipate their evolving needs, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and position Ticketsasa as their preferred partner for future event experiences.

    Provide personalized assistance, address inquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, striving to deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.

    Contribute innovative ideas for content creation across various platforms, enriching client engagement and enhancing brand visibility.

    Conduct thorough post-event debriefings and evaluations, soliciting feedback from clients, vendors, and attendees to identify successes and areas for improvement.

    Events Planning & Logistics

    Ensure smooth logistical arrangements, including transportation for the ticketing team and compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations.

    Manage all facets of event execution, from registration and attendee tracking to providing support during presentations and conducting post-event evaluations.

    Lead onsite event operations, proactively resolving any issues or challenges that may arise to ensure seamless execution.
    Oversee risk-management issues like crowd control and security and conducting pre-event recce.


    Must Have Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
    3 Years proven experience in event operations management or related roles.
    Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
