This included managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining records and files. I also assisted in budget tracking and expense management, as well as preparing reports and presentations for senior management. Additionally, I played a key role in handling external communications, responding to inquiries, and ensuring effective internal communication among team members. Overall, my experience as an administrative coordinator allowed me to develop strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
