-Performed administrative tasks for the hotel management team by maintaining inventory levels to avoid stockouts, reconciling expense accounts, preparing management reports and arranging all travel logistics for senior personnel and hotel guests.
December 2017-July 2021:
-Managed the school's operations: assisting the Head Teacher in classroom duties, inventory
management, school diary compliance, call management, events/meetings coordination, transport and kitchen departments ensuring all vehicles were maintained, and kitchen supplies were controlled.
-Monitored students’ performance against the National Education Management Information System and implemented measures to address any lags in meeting the requirements.
-Developed an effective system to manage finances, supplier payments, collection of fees, and account reconciliation for suppliers and students.
-Implemented HR policies and procedures, the personnel database and acted as mediator between staff and management that helped reduce tension and misunderstanding.
