Juddy Atieno Samanda is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in information technology, administration, customer service, and underwriting. With diplomas in both Human Resource Management and Information Technology, Juddy possesses a solid educational foundation.

In terms of work experience,  held roles such as Administration Assistant at Faustina Holdings Ltd, where i excelled in supply management optimization, document organization enhancement, and customer order processing. Additionally, my tenure as a Customer Service Agent at FLY 540 Aviation Ltd showcased my ability to provide efficient passenger services, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a safe environment for passengers and staff.

Furthermore, as an Assistant Underwriter at XPLICO Insurance Company, i demonstrated strong client advising skills, transaction accuracy improvement, and proficiency in managing customer inquiries.
