Experience

  I have Worked with Telkom Kenya as sales and marketing agent where I acquired skills in ,Marketing skills ,Customer service skills,Communication skills ,Creativity skills,Listening skills andTime management skills.
 In December 2022 i also Worked at Sun and Sand Resort Hotel as house keeping agent where I acquired skills in,House keeping skills,Interpersonal skills and Organizational skills
In January 2022 to April 2022 I did  my attachment at Mamba Village Center Mombasa and was awarded a recommendation certificate letter after completion having gained skills in tour guiding. 
 

Education

I joined Technical University of Mombasa in the year 2019 to pursued my three year course in  Diploma in Tourism Management and completed in 2022 December. I acquired knowledge and skills,Communication skills,Customer care,Marketing skills,Airline booking and ticketing,Public relations and Tour guiding skills
