Being in the passenger services side of aviation was new and challenging, that’s why I liked it. The experience has been great, I have been able to grow my soft skills such as proper communication. I have since learnt new skills such as;
• Check-in (for systems such as Sqiva and Altea).
• Meet and Assist Services.
