Experience

Worked with Pretopap LImited Company from jan 2020-2021 November as a customer care agent. Some of the responsibilities i had  were : handling customers complaints via phone or email, Answering calls from customer responding to enquiries, Having knowledge of the company's services to provide clear solutions to customers e.t.c.

IN 2022JAN-2023 MARCH i worked with Hiventy Company where  i was responsible for:Basic research and Data skills, Communication Skills Both Verbal and written, Excellent attention to Details, Knowledge of Basic Software i.e  Ms word and excel.

Studied at Kenyatta university and attained diploma in Primary Teacher Education
